Zander Knodt is a New York City-based jazz pianist and composer who blends jazz with classical and contemporary influences. He attended the Manhattan School of Music and has had the privilege of studying with many of New York's finest musicians, notably Phil Markowitz and Fred Hersch. 
Zander has performed throughout the East and West coasts at venues such as The Campbell, BLU Jazz, Silvana’s, The Royal Room, Egan's Ballard Jam House, and the Seattle Jazz Fellowship  
Zander grew up on Vashon Island, Washington, where he started playing classical piano at the age of 7 and later jazz at 15.
